DESCRIPTION

The electric chain hoist can be shorten the distance between the machine body and the beam track, and is suitable for operations in low side buildings, especially for temporary workshops or places where the effective lifting space inside is expanded. The building is the most important part of the machine is the chain and braking system.

FEATURES
SHELL:
Electric Chain Hoist shell is made of cast aluminum by mode, with light in weight but hard fresture, suitable for use in harsh working environments with high heat dissipation and a fully sealed design.
Rigid body outer shel able to adapt to the serious use environment and use condition.
Simple structure of one time modeled body, few parts.
Dust proof anti splash type body (Protection grade lP55)
LIMIT SWITCH:
Form double safety mechanism with friction clutch. Cut off return circuit when over roll rising and over roll descending.
Because it is safety mechanism under serious situation, so don’ t use it under normal situation.
CONTROL VOLTAGE
The control voltage is customized by clients, which can do 24V, 36V or 48V. In addition, the hoist have the lack phase protection and emergency stop.
MAGNETIC BRAKE
Safety and reliable brake device Pound electromagnetic motor braker, scientific structure, few parts, super low failure ratio, strong braking force guarantee the braking requirements when use.
HOOK:
After hot forging, it is light and excellent, not easy to break, it can be rotated 360 degrees when hanging, with safety tongue to ensure safe operation
CHAIN:
The chain should be imported FEC G80 super heat-treated aluminum alloy chain.
