The commonly used excavator magnet are magnetic suction cups, which are generally rectangular or circular. It uses magnetic force to hold ferromagnetic workpieces tightly, and is used for plane adsorption of steel bars and scrap iron, and also used for scrapped cars, ships, steel structures, etc.
According to the magnetic source, the excavator magnet are divided into two types: hydraulic excavator magnet and electric lifting magnet.
Used in different industrial areas, such as steel making, foundry, mining, machinery, transportation and other industries.

Hydraulic magnet for excavator
Kinocranes hydraulic excavator magnet is completely independent. The generator is installed directly onto the magnet. Once the hydraulic hoses are connected to the excavator, you are ready to work.

Features
1. Magnet Iron Core: Q235A material, with best magnetic permeability, to make sure the magnetic field generated by each coil concentrated.
2. Magnet shell material is Q345B steel plate with 130-140mm thickness, automatic cutting machine cut without further process and defects. Make sure the welding more smoothly and convenient.
3. The magnet coils are treated by a special process to improve the electrical and mechanical properties. The material insulation grade can reach to Class H.
4. According to different application, the magnet can adopt suitable structure and parameters to make sure the best performance for sucking materials, which can widely meet various situations.
5. Heat resist type magnet adopts a unique thermal insulation method, the Max. temperature can reach to 700-800℃, which will expand the magnet application range again.
6. Fast connection electricpanel with plug-in type aviation socket, international top brands Schneider, ABB, Siemens for critical electric parts, make sure easy installation, operation and maintenance.

3. Excitation coils are treated by a special process to improve the electrical and mechanical properties of the coils. The heat-resistance grade of the insulation material is up to Class C, the overall insulation of the suction cups is H-class and the service life is long.
4. The rated electrification continuation rate of ordinary electromagnets has been increased from the previous 50% to 60%, which has increased the use efficiency of electromagnets.
5. The high-temperature type electromagnet adopts a unique heat insulation method. The temperature of the sucked object is increased from the previous 700°C to 800°C, which expands the adaptability of the electromagnet.
